Physical Fitness Test (At Rally Site):
- 1.6 kilometre run (Total Marks 60 for completing the run within 5 Minutes and 30 Seconds)
- 10 Beam (Pull-Ups) (Total marks 40)
- 9 Feet Ditch (Qualifying)
- Zig-Zag Balance (Qualifying).
Physical Measurement (At Rally Site):
- Physical measurement will be carried out as per the Physical standards.
Medical Test:
- As per laid down medical standards at the Rally Site.
- Unfit candidates will be referred to Military Hospital for specialist review. Candidates to report to designated Military Hospital within 5 days from referral and review medical exam to be completed by Military Hospital within 14 days as per policy.
How to Prepare for Armed Forces Medical Examination
Written Test through Common Entrance Examination (CEE):
- Will be conducted for medically fit candidates at the nominated venue. The date and time of the written test will be intimated at the rally site and through Admit Cards.
- Admit Card for the CEE for the Rally Fit candidates will be issued at Rally Site itself.
- Admit Card for the CEE for the Review Fit cases will be issued after getting medically fit by the concerned specialists/specialists at MH.
