There are two entries that can be considered as Best Way to Join Airforce After 12th. Through this entry, you can be a part of the Indian Airforce after the 12th.  In order to become an officer in the Service, one can apply for the NDA (National Defense Academy) Entrance Examination and to become an Airmen in the service, one can apply for the Airforce X and Y group Examination.  In short, there are only two entries after the 12th to join the service:

The Selection will be done on the basis of the three-phase of the examination. One will need to appear for the Written Examination which is conducted by the UPSC (Union Public Service Commission) twice a year.  All the candidates who will clear this phase will proceed for the Service Selection Board Interview (SSB Interview) and then Medical Examination etc.

To apply for the NDA, A candidate must have physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics at 10+2 level and age must be under 16 years old and should not be more than 19 years old.

For the Airmen X Group (Technical) Entry: Intermediate/10+2/Equivalent examination with Mathematics, Physics, and English with minimum 50% marks in aggregate and 50% marks in English or Three years Diploma Course in Engineering in any stream.

For the Airmen Y Group (Non-Technical) Entry: Passed Intermediate/ 10+2/ Equivalent Examination in any stream/subjects approved by Central/ State Education Boards with minimum 50% marks in aggregate and 50% marks in English.

• The candidate should not be younger than 17 years old and must not be more than 21 years old to apply for this entry. Age (17-21) years old.
• There is no relaxation that has been given to many candidates of their caste, religion, or community.
• There is some relaxation in age for the candidate who belongs to any special region or hilly area.
