- 1.6km run to be completed in 7 minutes.
- 20 squat up.
- 10 push-ups.

Medical Standard:
- Minimum height required is 157cm.
- Reduction in Height for candidate who belongs from hilly areas and tribal areas will be accordance with the central government order.
- Chest expansion should be 5cm and well proportioned.
- Weight should be standard as per your height.
- Hearing should be normal.
- Eye sight should be 6/36.
- Permanent body Tattoo is not allowed on any part of body.
- If the candidate belongs for tribal area community then tattoos are allowed only on inner face and inner arms as per central govt. Rule.
