SSB Interview by Ex-SSB Interviewers:
The Demo Interview at the Cadets Point Defence Academy is conducted by Ex- Defence Examinations as well as Ex- SSB Interviewers. It will be conducted under the Guidance of:

- Lt. General Dilip Singh
- EO AK Singh
- Brig. Brijesh Singh
Colonel S Dutt: Sir is the GTO Expert used to conduct this activity in the SSB Interview. He has served the nation at best and now working with the CPDA to train and given proper education to the students.
Lt. General Dilip Singh: Dilip Singh Sir is an Interview Expert. He trains the students for the Personal Interview round of the SSB.
EO AK Singh: He is a psychology expert. Now working with the CPDA in order to give proper training to students about Psychology and how to clear this round etc.
Brig Brijesh Pandey: He is also an Interview Expert.
This Demo Interview will be conducted or under/by these officers. This Interview is going to be the same as the real one. One must join this to get proper training and education about this. SSB Interview Process by CPDA:
The Interview will be kept real and it will be conducted under the guidance of the ex-SSB Interviewers. Here are the complete details about the SSB Interview by CPDA.
Day-1 of the SSB Interview Procedure:
- Reporting ( at MCO moment control office)
- Documents Check
- Form filling
- Testing
1. Verbal, non-verbal intelligence test
2. Picture Perception description test (PPDT)
Day 2 of the SSB Interview: On the 2nd day, you will have to clear a few more tests also, some tests of these rounds would be written, and a few would be verbal etc. One will appear for:
- Thematic Apperception Test
- Word Association Test
- Situation Reaction Test
- Self Description Test
Day-3 of the SSB Interview:
- Group discussion
- Group planning exercise
- Progressive group task
- Half group task
- Individual obstacle task
- Command task
- Group obstacle task
Remember this is a group activity, so perform with your group, never try to show that you are the best. Act Accordingly.
Day–4 of the SSB Interview: Personal Interview: You must have heard about the personal Interview It is the same as that, An Examiner is free to ask anythings. You have to reply gently.
Day-5 of the SSB Interview: Conference: This is not any test. You will be shown your results and qualified candidates will be congratulated and disqualified candidates will be told, why they could not qualify.
